Our Story

We left the system that was failing the soil

For three and a half years, our founder grew ginger the conventional way: hydroponics, inputs, control. The results were never great, and the problems only grew. It just wasn't working with nature.

"Most people are trying to feed the plant. No, you need to feed the fungus and the bacteria. Feed them, and they'll feed the plant."

So we started again, on our own ground at Amamoor Creek, doing it the way the land actually wants. No sprays. No shortcuts. Just patient, regenerative farming that follows the natural flow of things, and a soil so alive it does most of the work for us.

This is a blessed region: high rainfall, deep fertile soil, fringed by native rainforest along the creek. The kind of ground you don't fight. You partner with it.
